Brad Minsley - Principal & Co-Founder

Brad Minsley is Co-Founder and Principal of 10 Federal, where he leads operations, finance, and technology development. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and private equity, he brings a performance-focused approach rooted in automation, analytics, and operational efficiency. Brad emphasizes data-driven decisionmaking and scalable systems that support long-term value creation. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University (with coursework at the London School of Economics) and a Master’s in Film Production from American University. Brad also co‑founded DaVinci Solutions, a proprietary lock and access control system used in approximately one out of every seven self-storage facilities in the U.S. and is a licensed IFR-rated pilot.

Cliff Minsley - Principal & Co-Founder

Cliff Minsley leads investment functions at 10 Federal, including capital raising, corporate strategy, entitlement, financing, and construction. Cliff’s approach to real estate is detailoriented and powered by real-time software platforms that track key performance indicators throughout the development cycle. This method has allowed 10 Federal to consistently deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

In addition to his role at 10 Federal, Cliff also cofounded DaVinci Solutions, a proprietary lock and access control system now used in roughly one out of every seven self-storage facilities nationwide. He holds an Unlimited NC General Contractor license, multi-state real estate brokerage licenses, and has overseen the acquisition and development of more than $650 million in multifamily and self-storage projects. Cliff earned a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC–Chapel Hill’s Kenan‑Flagler Business School, with a Minor in Environmental Science.

Andrew Capranos - President, 10 Federal Self Storage

Andrew Capranos serves as President of 10 Federal Storage, where he leads strategic planning, operational oversight, and organizational growth. His leadership centers on automation, streamlined processes, and platform scalability. With a results-oriented mindset, Andrew works across departments to implement data-backed systems that enhance portfolio performance and stakeholder outcomes. He brings more than a decade of experience in real estate investment and operations, holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida. Currently, he serves as 2025 Chair of the Self Storage Association’s Young Leaders Group and sits on the Board of DaVinci Solutions.

Geoff Hayth - President, DaVinci Lock®

Geoff oversees all aspects of the business including the Product Development, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams. Geoff joined DaVinci Lock® after previously overseeing operations for Extra Space Storage where he served in multiple roles including District Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations.

Geoff has a degree in Organizational Leadership from the Colorado State University System with a concentration in Business Management.

Jack Sparks - Vice President of Operations, Field Operations

Jack Sparks oversees all operational functions at 10 Federal, including field performance, facility operations, revenue management, and onboarding. With 25 years of leadership experience, Jack applies a systems-based approach that emphasizes performance tracking, operational consistency, and frontline accountability. His previous role at Public Storage included leading its largest optimized district nationwide. Jack holds a B.S. in Managerial Leadership from Concordia University in Austin, Texas.

Brian Oakley - Vice President of Technology

Brian Oakley directs the company’s technology strategy, focusing on enterprise platforms, automation, and digital infrastructure. He approaches innovation with a long-term mindset—prioritizing scalable architecture, data security, and system integration to support operational goals. Previously, he served as VP of Technology at Realterm, where he led a firm-wide digital transformation. Brian holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from Salisbury University and brings cross-industry experience from the logistics, real estate, and finance sectors.

Trent Erickson - Vice President of Accounting

Trent Erickson leads all accounting and finance functions at 10 Federal, including reporting, treasury, tax strategy, and capital markets. His approach prioritizes transparency, internal controls, and scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth and investor confidence.

With nearly two decades of experience, Trent has held key leadership roles at BayoTech and Extra Space Storage, where he helped build and manage high-performance financial systems. He began his career at Grant Thornton and is a Certified Public Accountant. Trent holds a B.A. and Master of Accountancy from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.

Brad Koch - Vice President of Development

Brad Koch leads all development and construction initiatives at 10 Federal. His project management approach is rooted in process optimization, risk mitigation, and full-lifecycle execution. Brad integrates planning, procurement, and construction through technologydriven oversight that supports consistent delivery and quality control.

Prior to joining 10 Federal, he served as VP of Development at Brookfield Properties, managing a wide range of residential, multifamily, and retail developments. Brad holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from George Mason University.

Ian Levin - Vice President of Investments

Ian Levin leads investment sourcing, acquisitions, and capital markets for 10 Federal. He takes a targeted, metrics-driven approach to evaluating opportunities, structuring deals, and building long-term capital partnerships. With experience in over $500 million in transaction volume across asset classes, Ian leverages proprietary analytics tools to guide portfolio expansion and value-add strategies. Before joining 10 Federal, he held roles at New Urban Residential and Dalfen Industrial. Ian earned a B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.

James Miralia - Vice President of Marketing

James Miralia leads marketing strategy at 10 Federal, with a focus on demand generation, digital performance, and brand development. He applies a measurement-first approach to marketing, leveraging analytics and automation to drive lead quality and ROI across channels. James brings over a decade of experience in B2B, SaaS, and e-commerce environments, along with certifications in Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot. He specializes in unifying creative strategy with campaign performance to support growth at scale.
